🔼 UVA Strong. Virginia football plays its home opener tomorrow against James Madison. Here’s everything you need to get you ready for the Hoos’ UVA Strong game:

🔼 Top-10 Foe. The 3-1 Virginia men’s soccer team has its biggest challenge so far tonight in its road matchup at No. 10 Duke.
The Hoos certainly have momentum after a big win over No. 20 Maryland on Monday night in Charlottesville. The Blue Devils are 3-0-1, their most recent match being a 2-0 win over Princeton.
🔼 Still Unbeaten. Virginia women’s soccer played Iowa to a 0-0 draw on Thursday night at Klöckner Stadium.
The Hoos had 11 shots in the second half compared to the Hawkeyes’ one, but none found the net. With the draw, Virginia’s record moves to 5-0-2.
🔼 Two More Big Ones. No. 6 Virginia field hockey finishes up a three-match road swing tonight at William & Mary before welcoming in No. 14 Harvard on Sunday for a top-15 matchup.
William & Mary is 1-1, with a 2-1 win over No. 12 Wake Forest on its resume. Harvard is undefeated at 2-0, and claims a win over No. 15 Connecticut.
🔼 A Date In D.C. Virginia volleyball is in the nation’s capital this weekend for three matches at the DMV Invitational.
First up for the Hoos will be Howard (3-3) tonight at 6 p.m., before a matchup with Coastal Carolina (2-4) at noon tomorrow. UVA finishes up with UMBC (3-2) at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
HOOS FANS, YOU’RE INVITED!
The annual “Paint the Town Orange” Pep Rally, presented by the University of Virginia Community Credit Union, will take place on Friday, Sept. 8 at the Ting Pavilion in the Charlottesville Downtown Mall starting at 8 p.m.!
The Pep Rally will include appearances from Virginia football head coach Tony Elliott, the entire Virginia football team and the Hoos Marching Band and Spirit Squads.
