🔼 Action-Packed ACC Opener! For the second straight weekend, fans at Scott Stadium witnessed an offensive tour de force by the home team, as Virginia football ran away from Stanford in a 48-20 win in the Hoos’ ACC opener!
In front of an announced crowd of 36,223, Virginia finished with 590 yards on offense—384 passing and 206 rushing—and didn’t turn the ball over. Standouts abounded for the Wahoos in their ACC opener, with quarterback Chandler Morris and wide receiver Trell Harris shining especially brightly.

🔼 Down Goes No. 1! Virginia men’s soccer dominated No. 1 Wake Forest on Friday night at Klöckner Stadium, using a first-half brace from Nick Simmonds to beat the Demon Deacons, 6-3!
🔼 Orange Crushed. No. 1 Virginia women’s soccer won its ACC road opener over the weekend at Syracuse, taking down the Orange, 3-0, on Saturday night.
Lia Godfrey, Ella Carter and Maggie Cagle all scored goals for the Hoos.
🔼 Still Going Strong. No. 3 Virginia field hockey stretched its season-opening win streak to six games over the weekend, picking up ACC victories over No. 13 Boston College and No. 4 Syracuse!
