🔼 Football By The Beach. Virginia football has a chance to bounce back on the road this weekend, traveling to Conway, S.C. to take on an undefeated Coastal Carolina team at 2 p.m. tomorrow on ESPN+. Here’s everything you need to get ready for game day:

🔼 New Friends In Town. No. 3 Virginia field hockey welcomes a pair of ACC newcomers to town this weekend, hosting Cal and Stanford on Friday and Sunday, respectively.

Both the Bears (4-0) and Cardinal (5-1) are off to good starts, and will be making their ACC debuts this weekend.

🔼 Irish In Town. No. 14 Virginia women’s soccer is back out on the pitch tomorrow with an opportunity to begin a new win streak, playing Notre Dame at 7 p.m. at Klöckner Stadium.

The No. 16 Irish are 6-1-1 on the season and still in search of their first ACC win, playing Boston College to a 2-2 draw in their conference opener.

🔼 The Man In Charge. Head coach Lars Tiffany has guided Virginia to two NCAA men’s lacrosse titles, and he’s expected to have his team in the hunt for another championship next season. He joined the Wahoo Central Podcast to reflect on the 2024 season and look ahead to 2025!

🔼 Lone Star Links. With one win under its belt already this fall, Virginia men’s golf travels to San Antonio this weekend for the Valero Texas Collegiate at TPC San Antonio.

The Hoos are back at the tournament after playing to a fourth-place finish in 2023, shooting 1-under as a team through three rounds. Bryan Lee and Paul Chang led the way for Virginia in that tournament, shooting 3-under and 2-under, respectively to earn top-10 finishes.

🔼 Title Time. The Virginia women’s and men’s tennis programs will be busy over the next week, playing in the ITA All-American Championships.

The women will travel to Cary, N.C. for their tournament, while the men will be in Tulsa, Okla.

🔼 Western Outpost. Virginia men’s soccer takes its first ACC trip to the West Coast this weekend, playing at Cal tomorrow at 7 p.m. ET.

The Bears are 3-4 on the season and 0-2 so far in ACC play, dropping matches to NC State and SMU.

🔼 Hoos Highlights. Virginia volleyball takes a break from competition this weekend, so instead of previewing a matchup, we’ll bring back highlights from this past week!
