🔼 Coming Into His Own. Sophomore wide receiver Kameron Courtney finished the 2024 season as Virginia’s offensive rookie of the year, and he isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. The sophomore hauled in four passes for a team-high 67 yards, rushed once for 23 yards and a score, and returned a kickoff 38 yards during UVAs’s rout of William & Mary last weekend. The touchdown marked his first as a Hoo.
“It was kind of crazy,” he said, “because it was kind of the same play I ran in high school and I ended up scoring on it. It felt great, kind of deja vu a little bit.”
