🔼 Clear Picture. In 2024, University of Virginia head football coach Tony Elliott didn’t name a starting quarterback until a week before the season opener.

There’s no such suspense this year. Early this month, Elliott announced that Chandler Morris would begin training camp as the Cavaliers’ No. 1 quarterback.

🔼 Serving Others. Virginia linebacker Stevie Bracey has been named to the 2025 Allstate Wuerffel Trophy Watch List!

Widely regarded as college football’s premier award for community service, the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy celebrates student-athletes who use their platforms to serve others and create positive change.

🔼 Bring ‘Em In. Both Virginia men’s and women’s track and field have announced stellar recruiting classes!

🔼 Welcome Aboard. Ansley McClain was named director of operations for Virginia volleyball and wrestling by head coaches Shannon Wells and Steve Garland on Thursday!

McClain will also serve as a technical coordinator for the volleyball program.

🔼 Scorin’ It. We only have 29 more days until Virginia football is back on the field for its 2025 season opener at Scott Stadium against Coastal Carolina!

Kevin Parks, who played for the Hoos from 2011-14, ran for 29 touchdowns in his Virginia career, the fourth-highest total in program history!
