🔼 The Pick Is In! Virginia baseball’s AJ Gracia and Eric Becker were both selected on Day 1 of the MLB Draft on Saturday — Gracia went No. 9 overall to the Atlanta Braves while Becker was taken No. 58 overall by the Cincinnati Reds!
On Sunday, the Hoos saw Kyle Johnson (5th round — Tampa Bay), Joe Tiroly (7th round — San Diego) and Tyler Kapa (14th round — Miami) come off the board.

🔼 Sell Out Scott! With the launch of its “Sell Out Scott” campaign, Virginia Athletics is calling on Cavalier fans to pack Scott Stadium for the 2026 football season opener against ACC foe NC State on Aug. 29!
The initiative aims to create one of the premier gameday atmospheres in college football as Virginia builds on a school-record 11-win season and provides fans the opportunity to be part of one of the most anticipated home openers in school history.

Men’s Basketball to Play Exhibition Against Vanderbilt at The LinkU Invitational. Virginia will take part in The LinkU Invitational, a first-of-its-kind outdoor college basketball exhibition featuring two games, on Sunday, Sept. 27 at Credit One Stadium in Charleston, S.C.
