🔼 Staying On Grounds. Virginia head softball coach Joanna Hardin has signed a three-year contract extension that keeps her in Charlottesville through the 2026 season!
Virginia softball won 30 games this spring for the first time since 2010 and earned a berth in the ACC Championships.
Congratulations, Coach Hardin!
🔼 D’Brick Wall. Former Virginia offensive lineman D’Brickashaw Ferguson has one of the most recognizable names in sports.
He was also one of the best college football players of his time, earning consensus All-American honors his senior year as a Hoo. He was selected No. 4 overall in the 2006 NFL Draft by the New York Jets and spent 10 years with the organization before hanging up his cleats after the 2015 season.

⚔️ Jimmy Stanger and Ben Kohles In Position To Join Denny McCarthy On PGA Tour In 2024. With several Korn Ferry Tour wins between the two of them this season, Stanger and Kohles are in position to earn PGA Tour cards in 2024.
⚔️ Kate Douglass Wins 100 Free, Three Cavaliers Qualify For World Championships. Douglass’ win automatically qualifies her for the 2023 World Aquatic Championships, while Gretchen Walsh and Maxine Parker also secured spots on Team USA.
