🔼 Three’s Company. The American Baseball Coaches Association has released its All-Region teams, and Virginia is well-represented in the Atlantic!

Shortstop Griff O’Ferrall, catcher Jacob Ference and outfielder Harrison Didawick each earned All-Atlantic Region honors.

🔼 Fab Freshman. The honors keep rolling in for Virginia baseball freshman Henry Ford!

Already a member of the ACC All-Freshman team, Ford has been named a First Team Freshman All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writes Association.

🔼 New Face. Virginia women’s tennis head coach Sara O’Leary has announced the addition of Martina Genis Salas to the program!

Genis Salas has been ranked as high as No. 36 in the ITF World Junior Rankings, and has won seven junior titles — three in singles and four in doubles.

🔼 All The Awards. The Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced its Division I Women’s Regional Awards on Wednesday, and Virginia dominated the Atlantic, winning five of the six awards:

Hibah Shaikh — ITA Atlantic Region Senior Player of the Year, Most Improved Player
Annabelle Xu — ITA Atlantic Region Player to Watch
Sara O’Leary — ITA Atlantic Region Coach of the Year
Gina Suarez-Malaguti — ITA Atlantic Region Assistant Coach of the Year
