🔼  Fast Finish! No. 6 Virginia rowing concluded its season over the weekend at the NCAA Championships at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Ga., earning a fourth-place finish, its best performance since 2016!

UVA’s Second Varsity Eight finished third, the Varsity Four placed fourth and the Varsity Four was sixth in their respective championship races.

🔼  Made The Cut. Virginia men’s golf has made the cut at the NCAA Championships, shooting 1-over through the first three rounds of play to sit in a tie for 10th place.

Ben James has paced the Hoos to this point, shooting 2-under, good for a tie for 21st place so far.

🔼  En Route To Eugene! Virginia track and field had a successful weekend at the NCAA East First Round, with six Cavalier men qualifying for the NCAA Championships on Friday and two women on Saturday!

🔼  End Of The Road. Virginia baseball’s season came to an end of Sunday afternoon at the NCAA Hattiesburg Regional with a loss to Jacksonville State at Pete Taylor Park.

The Hoos dropped their opening game of the regional to the Gamecocks on Friday before bouncing back with a win over host Southern Miss in 10 innings on Saturday. Virginia dropped its elimination game on Sunday, 7-6.

🔼  Running It Back! Virginia men’s lacrosse athletes Joey Terenzi, Ryan Colsey and John Schroter have all announced they are returning to the Hoos next season!

🔼  Five-Set Marathon! Former Virginia men’s tennis star Rafael Jodar keeps on winning at Roland-Garros!

Three Additional Kick Times Announced for 2026. The Atlantic Coast Conference and ESPN announced the kick times and television designations for Virginia’s home opener against Norfolk State (Sept. 11), its neutral site contest in Charlotte against West Virginia (Sept. 18) and its home tilt against Duke (Oct. 23).
