🔼 In Position. No. 24 Virginia women’s golf shot 1-over in the opening round of the NCAA Cle Elum Regional on Monday, finishing the day in fourth place.

Celeste Valinho led the way for the Hoos, shooting an opening-round 3-under 69 to sit in fourth place heading into Day 2.

Virginia sits one shot back from Arizona State for third place, five shots back of Stanford and seven shots back from Duke, which holds the top spot.

🔼 Squad Goals. There may not be a Danielle Collins or an Emma Navarro at the top of Virginia women’s tennis’ singles lineup, but the depth the Hoos have built this season has them in contention for a national title.

🔼 Hoos Incoming. The 2024-25 Virginia men’s squash is taking shape! Head coach Mark Allen has announced four recruits who will be joining the program as freshmen — Ewan Harris, Isaac Mitchell, Nathan Rosenzweig and Juan Jose Torres!
