🔼 Let The Good Times Roll. We’re still celebrating Virginia men’s tennis and its back-to-back national championship!

🔼 Awards Aplenty. The coaches of the ACC are in agreement - Virginia catcher Kyle Teel is the ACC Player of the Year, as announced on Monday.

Teel, who hit .405 during the regular season and led the ACC in doubles (23), is the third ACC Player of the Year in UVA history, and first since Sean Doolittle in 2006.

On top of Teel’s nod, six other Hoos were named to All-ACC teams on Monday. First-Team selections included Teel, 3B Jake Gelof, OF Ethan O’Donnell and SS Griff O’Ferrall. Third-Team selections went to 1B Ethan Anderson, LHP Connelly Early and RHP Brian Edgington.

🔼 Wisdom From Williams. Virginia Director of Athletics Carla Williams was the keynote speaker during UVA’s Final Exercises this week.

🔼 Tournament Take-A-Look. The ACC Baseball Tournament gets started today, and although the Hoos don’t play until tomorrow, there’s plenty to keep an eye on.

Virginia is the No. 2 overall seed and top seed in Pool B, which also includes 7-seed North Carolina and 11-seed Georgia Tech. The Tar Heels and Yellow Jackets play today at 3:00pm ET.

The winner of Pool B will advance to the semifinals on Saturday, with the championship game the following day at noon ET.
