🔼 Wheels Up! Virginia baseball has landed in Mississippi for this weekend’s NCAA Hattiesburg Regional!
🔼 All-Star! Virginia softball first baseman Macee Eaton has been named a Second Team All-American by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association!
Eaton is the fifth player in Virginia program history to earn All-America honors from the NFCA, joining Eileen Schmidt (1994), Kristen Dennis (2001, 2002), Sara Larquier (2004) and Jade Hylton (2025). Lacy Smith (2019) was named an All-America honoree by Softball America to give the Hoos six players overall to garner All-America honors from an organization.

Virginia track and field completed the first day of competition at the NCAA East First Round on Wednesday, with Jeremiah Nubbe, Nikolaos Polychroniou and Cale Ayers all punching their tickets to the NCAA Championships in the men’s hammer throw and Will Anthony in the men’s 10,000-meters!
