🔼 Made For May. Since losing to Liberty on April 15, Virginia baseball has won 10 of 11 games. Six weeks ago, the Hoos had an RPI ranking in the 90s. After sweeping Miami (32-21, 14-12) over the weekend, Virginia is No. 60 in the RPI.

The Hoos play their final home game today against George Mason, looking to extend their momentum into the final weekend of the regular season against Virginia Tech in Blacksburg starting this Thursday.

Virginia Softball Earns Two Seed In Columbia Regional. The Cavaliers will face third seeded and ASUN Champions North Florida in the opening game on Friday (May 16). The winner of that game will advance to face the region’s top seed South Carolina or Elon. The Gamecocks are the No. 8 overall seed in the tournament. The regional tournament format is double elimination.
