🔼  Welcome To The Club! New for the 2026 football season, Virginia Athletics will debut the “South Lawn Club,” an exclusive premium membership add-on designed to deliver unprecedented access to Virginia Football at Scott Stadium. This viewing area places fans on the field alongside the team tunnel, offering an immersive and social game day experience unlike any other.

🔼  In The Mix! His positivity in the aftermath of a gut-wrenching defeat might have struck some as unwarranted. Virginia men’s lacrosse’s record, after all, had just dropped to 3-4, and still to come were games against ACC rivals Notre Dame, Duke, Syracuse and North Carolina, powerful programs that each have won multiple NCAA titles in men’s lacrosse.

Even so, head coach Lars Tiffany was adamant after UVA’s triple-overtime loss to Maryland on March 14. The Cavaliers, Tiffany said, had salvaged their season with their performance that day.

🔼  That’s A Wrap! No. 23 Virginia softball closed out the regular season on Tuesday, beating Liberty in Lynchburg, 4-0!

Jade Hylton hit a leadoff home run for the second consecutive game, and Reagan Hickey also went deep for the Hoos. Virginia closes the regular season at 37-12, the most wins for the program since 2004.

🔼  Tuesday Triumph! No. 23 Virginia baseball allowed the first run of the game to George Mason in the third inning on Tuesday, but it was all Hoos from there in a 5-1 win at the Dish!

Joe Tiroly homered in the bottom of the third frame to tie the game, with RJ Holmes, Kyle Johnson and Jake Weatherspoon also adding RBI.

Virginia is back in action today, hosting Norfolk State at 2 p.m.

🔼  Best Of The Best! Virginia women’s swimmer Claire Curzan has been named the CSC Academic All-America Team Member of the Year for swimming and diving!

Curzan was also one of three Cavaliers voted to the CSC Academic All-America teams, earning first-team honors. Sophomores Anna Moesch and Katie Grimes were voted to the second team.

🔼  Winning Interview! Virginia men’s golf head coach Bowen Sargent joined the ACC Network after the Hoos won their second consecutive ACC Championship title!

🔼  Triple Dip! The ACC honored a trio of Virginia track and field athletes on Tuesday with Athlete of the Week nods — Gary Martin, Jeremiah Nubbe and Charlotta Sandkulla were each recognized for their performances at the Penn Relays!

🔼  On The Water! Virginia’s Varsity Eight earned its second ACC Crew of the Week honor after its outstanding performance at the Lake Wheeler Invite!

For the first time ever: Virginia Cavaliers football heads to Rio de Janeiro. And so can you! On August 29, 2026, Virginia takes on NC State Wolfpack football at Nilton Santos Stadium in the FIRST-EVER FBS college football game played in South America.
