🔼 Wednesday Winner! No. 10 Virginia baseball won its 29th game of the season on Wednesday, beating Liberty at the Dish, 5-4!

Noah Murray drove in a pair of runs for the Hoos, while Jake Weatherspoon hit his third home run of the season. Tyler Kapa earned the save, extinguishing the Flames by striking out the side in the ninth inning.

🔼 The Streak Continues! Virginia women’s swimming and diving has claimed the ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the seventh consecutive year, with Claire Curzan earning this year’s honor from the conference!

Curzan leads a group of 17 from the Virginia men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams that were selected to the ACC All-Academic Team.

🔼 Tournament Tee Time! Virginia men’s golf carries the momentum of its win at the Lewis Chitengwa Memorial into the postseason this week, teeing it up in the first round of the ACC Championships today at the Shark’s Tooth Golf Club in Panama City, Fla.!

The first three rounds of this week’s tournament will be stroke play, with the field moving to match play for the quarterfinal round on Sunday.

🔼 Tournament Test. Virginia women’s lacrosse had its season come to an end on Wednesday in the ACC Championships, falling to Syracuse, 11-9, in the tournament’s quarterfinals.

🔼  Go Time In Philly! Virginia track and field heads to Philadelphia today to compete at the Penn Relays at historic Franklin Field!

🔼  Studious Hoos! Four members of the Virginia wrestling team have been named to the All-ACC Academic Wrestling team — Griffin Gammell, Nick Hamilton, Brenan Morgan and Michael Murphy!

Next Phase of Preparation Starting for Hoos. Virginia football completed its spring practices, with head coach Tony Elliott pleased with the team’s progress and depth. Despite losing key players, the Cavaliers added a strong transfer class and returning players are stepping into prominent roles. The team will continue to build on its progress with player-led and coach-led practices before fall camp.
