🔼 Tournament Tipoff! It’s NCAA Tournament time for Virginia men’s basketball, with the No. 3 seed Hoos tipping off against No. 14 seed Wright State today at 1:50 p.m. on TBS in Philadelphia!

The Raiders are 23-11 this season, punching their ticket to the NCAA Tournament with a Horizon League Championship win.

🔼 Survive And Advance! No. 10 seed Virginia women’s basketball won its NCAA First Four matchup on Thursday night against No. 10 seed Arizona State, beating the Sun Devils in Iowa City, 57-55! The Hoos were led by Kymora Johnson (17 points, 10 rebounds) and Caitlin Weimar (11 points, 12 rebounds).

Virginia advances to take on No. 7 seed Georgia tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

🔼 Winning Ways! Virginia added to its team lead by winning two events on the second night of the 2026 NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships!

Anna Moesch picked up the first NCAA individual event title of her career with a victory in the 200 Free. Moesch’s time of 1:39.23 makes her the second fastest performer ever in the event. The Cavaliers closed out the session with a victory in the 200 Free Relay. Moech, Claire Curzan, Bryn Greenwaldt and Sara Curtis posted a time of 1:24.11 to win the title.

🔼 Wake Weekend. No. 9 Virginia baseball plays its second consecutive ACC home series this weekend, welcoming No. 24 Wake Forest (16-5, 3-3 ACC) to the Dish for three games!

🔼 Hittin’ The Road. No. 14 Virginia softball is away from home this weekend, traveling to Syracuse for a three-game ACC series against the Orange (11-10, 0-3 ACC)!

🔼 Orange Squeeze. No. 19 Virginia women’s lacrosse welcomes a top-10 foe to Scott Stadium this weekend, hosting No. 10 Syracuse (6-3, 3-2 ACC) tomorrow at 2 p.m. for a 50th Anniversary Celebration for the program!

🔼 Ute Battle. Virginia men’s lacrosse returns home this weekend, hosting Utah (5-2) in a non-conference matchup at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Scott Stadium!

🔼 Tennis Travels. Both Virginia men’s and women’s tennis hit the road this weekend for a pair of ACC matches — the No. 1 men visit No. 21 NC State (14-1, 6-0 ACC) and No. 4 Wake Forest (20-2, 6-0 ACC), while the No. 15 women visit Florida State (4-10, 0-4 ACC) and No. 30 Miami (9-2, 5-0 ACC)!

🔼 Porter Power. Virginia wrestler Gable Porter split action on Thursday at the NCAA Championships to advance to day two of the event and will continue his quest for a podium finish and All-America honors at Rocket Arena on Friday!
