🔼 Let’s Dance! Virginia men’s basketball has earned the No. 3 seed in the NCAA Midwest Region for the 2026 NCAA Tournament!
The Cavaliers will face No. 14 seed Wright State (23-11) in an NCAA Tournament first-round game on Friday, March 20 at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pa. Tip time is set for 1:50 p.m. on TBS.

🏀 ACC TOURNAMENT RECAP: Hoos Fall in Hard-Fought ACC Title Game
🔼 We’re In! Virginia women’s basketball had its ticket punched to the 2026 NCAA Tournament on Sunday!
The Hoos will play a First Four matchup against fellow No. 10 seed Arizona State on Thursday, March 19 in Iowa City, Iowa!

🔼 Commonwealth Claimed! No. 14 Virginia baseball won its second consecutive ACC series over the weekend, taking two-of-three games against Virginia Tech at the Dish to claim the Smithfield Commonwealth Clash matchup!
The Hoos scored 21 runs combined in the first two games of the series to claim both contests.
🔼 Series Secured! No. 14 Virginia softball improved to 25-3 overall and 4-2 in ACC play over the weekend, winning twice against Georgia Tech to claim the series over the Yellow Jackets!

🔼 Runnin’ Around! Virginia track and field closed out competition at the NCAA Indoor Championships over the weekend, with the meet highlighted by All-American performances from Keyandre Davis (men’s weight throw), Jeremiah Nubbe (men’s weight throw) and Gary Martin (men’s mile)!
🔼 Doubled Up. No. 2 Virginia men’s tennis pushed its ACC record to 6-0 over the weekend, beating both No. 49 Duke and No. 65 North Carolina at home!

🔼 Took Down Tech! No. 21 Virginia women’s tennis remained unbeaten in ACC play over the weekend, beating No. 59 Georgia Tech in Atlanta, 4-1, to improve to 4-0 in conference action!
🔼 Tiger Fight. No. 21 Virginia women’s lacrosse dropped an ACC contest at Klöckner Stadium on Saturday, falling to No. 9 Clemson, 12-10.
Midfielder Kate Galica scored three goals with an assist. Attacker Madison Alaimo had four assists.
🔼 Extra, Extra, Extra Time. Virginia men’s lacrosse fell in a marathon matchup at No. 10 Maryland on Saturday, losing in triple overtime to the Terrapins, 13-12.
Trent Sunderland, Brendan Millon and McCabe Millon all collected three points in the defeat.
