🔼 Still Perfect. No. 14 Virginia used five pitchers to put together an 8-0 win over Old Dominion on Wednesday in the Hoos’ first midweek game of the season.
Starter Cullen McKay pitched the first 4.1 innings, and Kevin Jaxel, Ryan Osinski, Owen Coady and Chase Hungate took care of the rest.
Harrison Didawick again made a huge impact at the plate, hitting his third home run of the season.

🔼 More Records Broken. Virginia swimmer Gretchen Walsh swam the fastest NCAA and American time in the 50 freestyle during the morning preliminary at the ACC Championships. And then she topped it during Wednesday night’s finals!

🔼 Making Landfall. Virginia women’s basketball plays its penultimate home game today, with Miami in town for a 7 p.m. Black History Celebration Game.
The Hurricanes are 16-9 on the season and 6-8 in ACC action, just ahead of the Hoos in the ACC standings.
🔼 On Your Mark. The postseason is here — Virginia men’s and women’s track and field are in Boston for the ACC Indoor Championships, which run today through Saturday!
🔼 Fourth In Florida. No. 10 Virginia men’s golf shot 3-under in Wednesday’s final round at the Watersound Invitational to place fourth in a 12-team field.
Ben James placed 12th individually at 5-under to lead the way for the Hoos.
