🔼 Clash On The Mat. Tonight is going to be a special one inside John Paul Jones Arena — Virginia wrestling hosts No. 13 Virginia Tech in the latest edition of the Smithfield Commonwealth Clash!

🔼 Bested In Blacksburg. In front of a sold-out crowd on Thursday night in Blacksburg, Virginia women’s basketball fell to No. 17 Virginia Tech, 76-63.
Kymora Johnson continued her torrid stretch with 22 points to lead the Hoos, and Paris Clark joined her in double figures with 18 points and eight rebounds.

🔼 Welcome To The Jungle. Wednesday’s 65-53 win for Virginia men’s basketball over Notre Dame showed just how far the Hoos have come since a 76-54 loss to the Irish back on Dec. 30.
Next up for Virginia is a road trip tomorrow to the state of South Carolina to take on Clemson, which is 14-6 on the season.

🔼 Fierce Competition. Virginia men’s tennis sure wasn’t going to ease into its season!
Having already played two top-five teams in Texas and South Carolina, the Hoos take on No. 1 Ohio State and No. 16 Kentucky this weekend, both on the road.
🔼 Up North. Virginia women’s tennis takes a trip to the Great Lake State tomorrow to take on Michigan at noon.
The Wolverines are 3-1 so far, with wins over No. 13 Oklahoma, Utah and Arkansas.
🔼 Down South. Virginia women’s golf is south of the border this weekend, playing in the Collegiate Invitational at Guadalajara Country Club in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The Hoos are hosting the 12-team event, which will feature 54 holes over two days.
🔼 Enemy Territory. Virginia track & field is back in Blacksburg for the third time in less than a month this weekend, competing in the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite Meet.
