🔼 Back At Home. After two consecutive games out on the road, Virginia women’s basketball is back home today with a chance for a marquee win — the Hoos host No. 22 Florida State at 7 p.m.

The Seminoles are currently in third place in the ACC standings at 8-2 in conference action.

🔼 First Pitch. No. 24 Virginia softball’s season opener is here!

The Hoos will play five games in Columbia, S.C. as part of the Gamecock Invitational this weekend, playing host South Carolina today at 6 p.m. to kick things off.

🔼 You’re Invited. Virginia swimming and diving will be competing at home for the next three days, hosting the Cavalier Invite at the Aquatic and Fitness Center.

This weekend’s competition is the Hoos’ last before traveling to Greensboro, N.C. for the ACC Championships on Tuesday, Feb. 18.

🔼 Top-Five Team. Virginia baseball will enter the 2025 season as a consensus top-five team in the country after being ranked fourth in the USA Today/Coaches Poll!

🔼 Two Of The Best. Virginia men’s lacrosse’s Griffin Schutz and Ben Wayer have added more preseason praise ahead of the Hoos’ season opener on Saturday — both were named Second Team Preseason All-Americans by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association on Wednesday!

Virginia Men’s Basketball To Honor Tony Bennett On Saturday. Bennett will be honored at the UVA men’s basketball home game against Georgia Tech with tipoff slated for 5:30 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena. UVA will recognize Bennett with tributes throughout the game and raise a banner in JPJ during a special ceremony at halftime. Each fan in attendance will receive a commemorative replica banner.
