Chris Arroyo had three hits, including a home run, and four RBI to lead the way for the Hoos. Henry Ford and Trey Wells each had multi-hit games, too.

The Demon Deacons are tied for fourth place in the ACC standings at 11-5 in conference action this season.

πŸ”Ό Hoos Have Arrived. Life changes for a softball program that makes the NCAA tournament. The Virginia Cavaliers have learned that in the first month of the new season.

After years of slow, steady progress, UVA broke through in 2024, advancing to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2010 and only the second time in program history. The Wahoos won two games at the NCAA regional in Knoxville, Tenn., and new challenges are arising in their ninth season under head coach Joanna Hardin.
