🔼 Bounced Back. No. 12 Virginia men’s lacrosse jumped out to a 6-2 lead after the first quarter against High Point on Tuesday and didn’t look back, winning 17-8.

Ryan Colsey dominated, recording a career-high nine points on six goals and three assists.

🔼 Work To Do. This has not been a memorable season for ACC men’s basketball, but the league’s top team, Duke, is ranked No. 3 nationally and has more than enough talent to win an NCAA title.

The Blue Devils came to town Monday night for their first game at John Paul Jones Arena in two years. Virginia, seeking its fourth straight win, stayed connected for the first seven minutes, but the Devils eventually overwhelmed their opponent with their size, length, athleticism and shooting prowess.

🔼 Record Falls. It took Virginia women’s swimming just one day at the ACC Championships to set an NCAA record, with the quartet of Gretchen Walsh, Alex Walsh, Aimee Canny and Claire Curzan posting a 6:44.13 in the 800 Free Relay.

With that record-setting swim, Virginia holds the NCAA record in all five relays. This is the first time since 2019 that one school has all five marks.

🔼 Finished Up. No. 10 Virginia women’s golf wrapped up play at the Moon Golf Invitational in Melbourne, Fla. on Tuesday, finishing 12th as a team.

Amanda Sambach led the way for the Hoos, shooting a final-round 1-under to place 40th individually.

🔼 Back-To-Back-To-Back. For the third week in a row, Virginia men’s tennis’ Rafael Jódar has been named the ACC Freshman of the Week!

Jódar finished undefeated at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Dallas, highlighted by a victory over No. 16 Braden Shick of NC State.
