🔼 Wake Week! Coming off its seventh consecutive victory and fifth straight in ACC play, No. 12 Virginia football (8-1, 5-0 ACC) hosts Wake Forest (5-3, 2-3 ACC) in a primetime matchup under the Scott Stadium lights Saturday night!

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. on ESPN and the Virginia Sports Radio Network.

🔼 And Then There Were Four. No. 5 seed Virginia women’s soccer is set for an ACC semifinal matchup with No. 1 seed Stanford at 8 p.m. today in Cary, N.C.

The Hoos and Cardinal played in California earlier this season in a top-three matchup, with Stanford winning, 2-1.

🔼 Do It All. South Florida transfer Romi Levy scored eight points for Virginia women’s hoops against Morgan State on Tuesday, but it was far from her only impact.

Levy also pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds, dished out four assists, grabbed two steals and blocked a shot. Her Hoo debut was a preview of the impact Levy can have on a team.

🔼 Seeing Orange. No. 2 seed Virginia field hockey plays an ACC Championship semifinal matchup today against No. 6 seed Syracuse at 1:30 p.m. in Louisville, Ky.

The Orange took down No. 3 seed Wake Forest, 3-1, on Wednesday to advance to their matchup with the Hoos. Virginia beat Syracuse, 2-1, in a top-five matchup in September.

🔼 Earned The Call. Virginia women’s lacrosse standout Kate Galica has been invited to participate in a training camp being held by the U.S. Women’s National Team at this month’s Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association President’s Cup in Florida!

🔼 Court Calling. Both Virginia men’s and women’s tennis will be competing this week for a chance to qualify for the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships.

The women’s team will send players to both the ITA Conference Masters Championship (San Diego, Calif.) and ITA East Sectional Championship (Chapel Hill, N.C.), while the men will send two to the ITA East Sectionals.

Virginia To Honor Debbie Ryan At Notre Dame Game In February. Ryan will be honored at the UVA women’s basketball home game against Notre Dame, with tipoff slated for 2 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena. UVA will recognize Ryan with tributes throughout the game and will raise a banner in JPJ during a special halftime ceremony, featuring remarks from Coach Ryan.
