🔼 Back-To-Back. Virginia men’s basketball is off to a 2-0 start after its 62-45 win over Coppin State on Monday evening.

The Hoos had four players in double figures — Elijah Saunders (15), Isaac McKneely (14), Dai Dai Ames (13) and Jacob Cofie (11).

Next up for Virginia is a matchup with Villanova in a Hall of Fame Series event on Friday in Baltimore.

🔼 One More, Please. For the third time this season, Virginia safety Jonas Sanker has been named ACC Defensive Back of the Week!

Sanker was instrumental in the Hoos’ upset win at No. 23 Pitt, collecting five tackles, including two for loss, an interception and a blocked field goal.
