🔼 Seeking A Breakthrough. Virginia football’s defense, which has been ravaged by injury this season, is likely to get Paul Akere and Ben Smiley III back this weekend, and perhaps Lex Long as well.
The Hoos are seeking a breakthrough against William & Mary and former head coach Mike London, who has turned W&M into an FCS power.

🔼 Tiger Tilt. Virginia women’s soccer lines up against another ranked foe this evening, this time in South Carolina at No. 9 Clemson.
The Tigers are 9-1-2 this season, and 3-1 in the ACC. Those three wins have come against Miami, Boston College and Syracuse, in which Clemson outscored those three opponents 12-1.
