🔼 Postseason Next. Virginia men’s soccer closed out its regular season schedule on Wednesday, beating Division III Mary Washington, 4-2, at Klöckner Stadium.
Joaquin Brizuela netted a brace for the Hoos, the first of his career, and now has scored four goals in his past three matches.
The Hoos will be back in action on Wednesday, Nov. 6 when they open ACC Tournament play.
🔼 Clash Time. Virginia women’s soccer closes out its regular season schedule today, traveling to Blacksburg for a Smithfield Commonwealth Clash showdown with Virginia Tech at 8 p.m.
The Hokies are currently in third place in the ACC standings with 20 points, while the Hoos have 12 points in conference action.
🔼 Game Day. Virginia women’s hoops plays an exhibition game at home against Barton College today at 6 p.m., its final tune-up before kicking off the regular season on Nov. 4 against American!

🔼 A Dream Worth Chasing. Virginia wrestler Steven Burrell Jr. found himself at a crossroads in high school — work on getting really good at football, or work on getting really good at wrestling.
He chose wrestling, and the Virginia program is sure glad he did, as Burrell heads into his sophomore season with the Hoos.

Preseason Winding Down For Hoos. Virginia men’s basketball played a pair of closed scrimmages against VCU and Georgetown this fall. The stakes will be higher next week for its season opener against Campbell.
