🔼 Gearing Up. Virginia men’s hoops has already been through competitive scrimmages against VCU and Georgetown this preseason, but the intensity ramps up next week with the Hoos’ season opener against Campbell on Nov. 6.

With plenty of new faces on the roster, it remains a work in progress. Interim head coach Ron Sanchez has enjoyed that process, however.

🔼 Under The Lights. Virginia women’s basketball will play a preseason exhibition on Thursday for the third straight season, an opportunity head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton said will be great to get prepared for their season opener on Monday against American.

🔼 Last One. Virginia men’s soccer play its final regular season match today, welcoming Mary Washington to Klöckner Stadium at 3 p.m.

The Eagles are 15-0-1 on the season and are the No. 1-ranked Division III program in the country.
