🔼 Tar Heel Tussle. No. 14 Virginia men’s basketball is back at John Paul Jones Arena this weekend after playing two straight on the road, hosting No. 22 North Carolina at noon tomorrow on ESPN2.

Saturday’s game was originally scheduled for 2 p.m. on ESPN, but was moved up due to the forecast of a winter storm hitting the Mid-Atlantic. In addition, the Tony Bennett court dedication has been postponed and rescheduled for the men’s basketball home game against Miami on Saturday, Feb. 21 at John Paul Jones Arena.

🔼 Hoops Dub. Virginia women’s basketball dominated Pitt on Thursday night at JPJ, 84-46, to improve to 14-5 overall and 6-2 in ACC play!

Caitlin Weimar led the Hoos in scoring off the bench with 20 points, followed by Kymora Johnson (17 points, nine assists) and Sa’Myah Smith (10 points) in double figures. Virginia is back in action this Sunday, hosting NC State (13-6, 6-2 ACC) at noon.

🔼 Holding Court. Virginia men’s and women’s tennis are both set to host ITA Kickoff tournaments in Charlottesville this weekend!

The No. 2 men take on Indiana today at noon, with a matchup against either Michigan or Cornell to follow on Saturday. The No. 14 women play Rice today at 3 p.m., with either USC or Wisconsin waiting on Saturday.

🔼 On Your Marks. The Virginia men’s and women’s track and field teams are set to compete at the Hokie Invitational in Blacksburg, Va. on today and tomorrow!

🔼 Dual In The Pool. Virginia swimming and diving has its final dual meet of the season today, with the Hoos in Raleigh, N.C., to compete against NC State.

Virginia will host the Cavalier Invitational from Feb. 5-7, with the ACC Championships to follow from Feb. 17-21.

🔼 Conference Clash. Virginia wrestling continues ACC competition this weekend, hosting Stanford tomorrow at 1 p.m. The Cardinal are 3-5 overall and 1-1 so far in ACC action, with a dual tonight against Virginia Tech before traveling to Charlottesville.
