🔼 Legendary Tribute. The University of Virginia will honor former Dean and Markel Families Men’s Head Basketball Coach Tony Bennett on Saturday, Feb. 8.

Bennett will be honored at the UVA men’s basketball home game against Georgia Tech with tipoff slated for 5:30 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena. UVA will recognize Bennett with tributes throughout the game and raise a banner in JPJ during a special ceremony at halftime. Each fan in attendance will receive a commemorative replica banner.

🔼 Into The Hall. Head coach Brian O’Connor and the Virginia baseball program are set to induct a pair of former Hoos into the Baseball Hall of Fame this weekend — Andrew Carraway (2006-09) and Kenny Towns (2012-15)!

The ceremony will also double as the 10-year reunion celebration for the 2015 National Championship team.

🔼 Home Sweet Home. Virginia men’s basketball is back home after its West Coast trip, hosting SMU at 9 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena.

The Hoos and Mustangs kicked off ACC play against each other back on Dec. 7 in Dallas, with SMU winning 63-51. Isaac McKneely led Virginia with 17 points in that game.

🔼 Spring Sets. No. 9 Virginia women’s tennis kicks off its spring season today, hosting Duquesne for a doubleheader starting at 10 a.m. in Charlottesville.

🔼 Welcome Home. Virginia football has inked another transfer — wide receiver Cam Ross will join the Hoos after spending last season at James Madison, where he caught 37 passes for 443 yards and three touchdowns!
